Cancellation Policy

24-hours notice of cancellation is required for ALL bookings. This includes group classes, private reformer sessions and duets. Group class cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded or applied toward another class and the credit on your account will be used as if you had attended.

A $10 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations within 1 hour of class start time and no-shows.

Private bookings will incur a $50 cancellation fee if not cancelled prior to 24 hours. The session fee will not be charged.

Additional Policies

• Please dress comfortably but avoid oversized tops so the instructor may observe your alignment.

• Grippy socks are REQUIRED for reformer classes. Please no bare feet.

• Please bring your own water bottle.

• Shoes are not worn in the studio.

• Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for classes and appointments.

• Arriving to class on time is very much appreciated. If you must be late, please enter the studio quietly.
